Geraldine’s Skincare Clinic provides skincare treatments, consultations, and related services. All services are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms provided at the time of booking.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.

  • You will receive confirmation of your booking via email/SMS.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary consultation forms.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may result in the full treatment charge being applied.

4. Consultations & Medical Information

  • Before your first treatment, you must complete a confidential consultation form.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information regarding your medical history, allergies, and skincare concerns.

  • Certain treatments may not be suitable for clients with specific medical conditions — our therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment if it may cause harm.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in euro and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise.

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for any adverse reactions or side effects unless caused by our negligence.

  • You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.
